1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Klass Blinds website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Klass Blinds provides custom window treatment products and installation services including curtains, blinds, and motorized systems. All products are custom-made to order based on measurements taken during consultation.
3. Orders and Pricing
All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. A deposit is required to confirm your order. Final pricing is determined after in-home consultation and measurement. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
4. Measurements and Installation
Klass Blinds will conduct professional measurements prior to manufacturing. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements if the client declines professional measurement services. Installation is performed by our trained technicians and is included in most orders.
5. Warranty
All products come with up to a 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear. Motorized components have separate warranty terms as specified by the manufacturer.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on completed orders. If there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.
7. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required at the time of order confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation. We accept major credit cards, debit, and bank transfers.
8. Delivery and Installation Timeline
Production typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on the product type and complexity. Installation will be scheduled upon product completion. Delays may occur due to supply chain issues or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Limitation of Liability
Klass Blinds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
10. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.
11. Changes to Terms
Klass Blinds reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
